Every other Wednesday we pay for the previous two full weeks, minus deductions (from missing food etc), and commission.

Deductions, say what?

We do not have a formal “refund policy” because we’re humans, and humans need to be flexible.

You will receive deductions for any of the following circumstances;

• Missing items (the cost of those items will be deducted)
• Poor quality (if customer is unhappy with the quality of the food, we will deduct a portion of the cost)
• Inedible (if the customer claims the food is inedible, and gives us photographic proof that they have not eaten it, the full cost of the inedible item(s) will be deducted)

Please note, that any issues that occur from our riders aren’t deducted from you!
