This means that they are not part of the gig economy (rushing around trying to get as many orders as possible)
They are contractually obliged to take every order we allocate to them, so they cannot refuse an order unless there are exceptional circumstances
This is key for your team; say there is a delay at your restaurant and you need an extra 5 mins, but the rider is already there, instead of abandoning the job for another one, they will let US at HQ know, and, best of all, they’re encouraged to reach out to the customer and let them know about the delay
We are properly mates with them - we’ve got WhatsApp groups with them, we have socials with them once a month, and we hope that you’ll grow to be pals with them too
It’s amazing what happens when you pay people properly, and treat them nicely too…
We have over 200 riders across all of our cities
Don’t ever worry about being left high and dry - we’ve got the rosters filled and the fleet ready to fly
